  K AY A, Wow - what a busy start to the term! With Confirmation retreat day, Interschool, Confirmation Commitment mass, Parent and Child Workshop, Peace Poster Announcement and testing! Wow-wee!  A very big OLC warm welcome to our wonderful new principal Mrs Angela Hegney! We are so delighted to have you join us at our school!    CONFIRMATION PREPARATION Our Confirmation Mass is set to take place on   Saturday the 28th of October at 6pm at Our Lady of the Southern Cross Parish . As part of our Confirmation Program at the school, it is expected that  all students participate , whether it be in a prayer buddy (Non-Catholic) or Confirmation Candidate (Catholic) capacity. This means that all students have been exposed to the learning behind this sacrament, as well as having a part within the mass. Obviously those who aren't Catholic will not officially receive the Sacrament of Confirmation but will be included in things such as the liturgical movement, a bless...

K AY A, I hope you have all had a tremendous break with this cracker sunshine. 🌞 I cannot wait to see the 6H family back in the classroom for an AWESOME term 4! We are going to end their time at OLC with smiles, busy times, Confirmation, Graduation, Excursions, Incursions and lots of learning! Peace Poster: The results of the peace poster competition will be announced at a small assembly on Friday the 13th. (Just the Year 6 students will be in attendance).
