Kaya, Well we started Week 1 of Term 3 with a bang and a boom! Straight into Confirmation workshop and preparation for Confirmation and Saint box presentations. Our students have been AMAZING, they have all worked very hard and shown perseverance and awesome presenting skills. You will be able to view the presentations with the grading rubric for each child on Seesaw in week 3. More information on how to access this will be available to you soon.  Thank you to all the parents and students that will attend our Year 6 Commitment and Family Mass tonight, Saturday at 6pm. It will be lovely to see you all and be there to support our Confirmation candidates. If you were unable to make it, you will need to attend another mass on one of the other weekends leading up to Confirmation. On this occasion, please see Father Francis before the mass to inform him that you are their for the Sacrament Commitment, this way he can carryout the blessing with the congregation. ⭐⭐ Merit   Award ⭐⭐ Well done

Kaya, I hope this wintery weather has treated you well throughout the holidays, I know for me it has reminded of life back in Ireland. I spent my time on the holidays, catching up with friends and family. We spent time in between the rainstorms hiking and found the beautiful Quinninup Falls, it was beautiful and well worth the hike. Kaya , The holidays are in sight, however no time for the Year 6 team to rest as yet! Confirmation is just around the corner, hence why we are sending out this very important blog post. Within it, there are many details that will hopefully allow our first two weeks of next term to run a little more smoothly. Please read carefully: CONFIRMATION PREPARATION Our Confirmation Mass is set to take place on  Sunday 1st August at 8.30am at Our Lady of the Southern Cross Parish . As part of our Confirmation Program at the school, it is expected that  all students participate , whether it be in a prayer buddy (Non-Catholic) or Confirmation Candidate (Catholic) capacity.
